Hennessy – Château de Bagnolet Garden

The restored Pergola and the Belvedere offer new places to experience and discover the park.

Château de Bagnolet is the estate acquired by the Hennessy family on the banks of the Charente in Cognac in the 19th century. The 7 hectares of the castle’s park are a private and protected site where notable plant species coexist. Every day, the gardeners of the House work to sublimate the gardens where majestic pedunculate oaks, lime trees, hackberry trees, plane trees, willows, and other chestnut trees are growing. Hennessy works with landscape designer Claire Munier to redesign the gardens, respecting the fauna, flora, and biodiversity. Like the Château, the park is an emblematic symbol of the Art de Vivre of the House. It bears witness to Hennessy’s close relationship with Nature.
