Jardin d'Acclimatation

Inaugurated in 1860, the Jardin d’Acclimatation is the symbol of modern Paris imagined by Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie following their discovery of Hyde Park in London. The Jardin d’Acclimatation became the first amusement and leisure park created in France. The 18 hectares renovated in 2018 contain many treasures that are invitations to stroll, be amazed and have fun. People come to applaud Guignol, picnic on the lawns, sail on the lake’s canoes, participate in an educational workshop, and see the outside of the Louis Vuitton Foundation.
